Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Okay so I had an appointment today at the gastronomy doctor number suite 903. When I went in the lady said that I was 20 minutes late but I wouldn't I was 10 so when I got up there she said (well you can get seen but you have to go to the back of the line). So then I proceeded to go on and tell her that I was just 15 minutes late not 20 and she gave me an attitude and embarrassed in front of other patients. She had an very bad attitude and real snotty. It's a young girl and an older white lady and the old white lady was the one that was very disrespectful I would never come there again, and I would never suggest no one else to go there. You do go you been warned. The woman will disrespect you, give you an attitude like she dont want to be there so I don't like her but I will continue to praying for people like that. I don't like the company even the doctors wouldn't even help me so with that being said it's on you, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Dr. Luke, Brandi (Er Tech), Erica (Respiratory Tech), Ryan (RN), Treen (Nurse), Abbey (Chest Xray), Jamila (Front desk), Roger (Blood work), Perry (Cat scan tech), Lauralee (Discharge nurse). I wanted to begin this review by naming the list of people who cared for me while in the ER. Overall, the entire staff had excellent bedside manners. They were quite attentive. My wait time in the ER waiting room was minimal, but my entire stay lasted 6 hours. Now that may seem extreme, but I went in for chest pain so lots of testing was done, and of course the wait time for each result to be read. However, I was a bit concerned about two things. One was when I had my CT scan done; I experienced a high level of claustrophobia and the tech seemed to be quite annoyed. When he finally used the remote to slide me out from in front of the machine, I immediately began removing the warm blanket, loosen my gown, and setup while struggling to breath. His remarks when I apologized for the inconvenience was, well now I have to reset everything. Honestly the remarks caught me off guard, as he seemed to have no concern over the trauma I was experiencing. Then the doctor came in right before my release to t

Wonderful experience! Every team member from front desk to nurses to the doctor were wonderful. They were patient, kind, courteous and timely in taking care of me. Hope I don’t have to visit the ER again but if I do would definitely return.

Upon entering the building.. I noticed the calmness. I was greeted with a smile, told exactly what to do, sat down to feel out paperwork and was called within 15 minutes. I loved the fact that just because I had never been there before they treated me as though they knew me without asking for 50 documents before caring for me. I underwent a cat scan and I tell you the roll down the hallway was pleasant and peaceful. I think I’m in ❀️❀️ Keep up the GREAT WORK!! (Ms.TINA)
